How Do I Place An Order?

Just click "add to cart" go through all the fun clickety clicks and press the buy button. Enter your valid payment information and BOOM! You got yourself a brand new JBD piece. Congratulations! You're gonna make us cry. *tear*

Payment & Shipping

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. All orders are processed in the order they are received . Please allow 24 hrs to process your order. Your order should ship within 48 hours after order is processed and you will receive a tracking number along with a followup email, just asking about your experience with us.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. However, if your purchase arrives cracked, broken, or damaged, please take a picture(s) of the item and box in which it arrived. Email the picture(s) to jeromebakerglass@gmail.com with the subject line "BROKE UPON ARRIVAL: Order #." This needs to be done within 24 hours of receiving the item; otherwise, we will not be able to process a refund or return. Most of this stuff is insured by the USPS or UPS, but they love to make claims as difficult as possible. SO let's work together and get these done as quickly as possible. We guarantee your satisfaction and prompt resolution to any issues


How Do I Sell On the JBD PAWNSHOP?

JBD PAWNSHOP takes 20% commission for selling your Authentic JBD. To offer your piece for sale on our site, you will need to setup a Seller's account HERE.

STEP 1: Send us an email with your quality images, description, and pricing. You must also include a picture of you next to the piece for "proof of ownership," a copy of your ID, and payment info (so we can pay you once item is sold).

STEP 2: We post your Authentic JBD on our site's PAWNSHOP.

STEP 3: Help us help you! Use your favorite social media platforms to share links to our site and your product page. This will bring more traffic to your product page and increase your chances of a successful sale.

STEP 4: We inform you when item has sold. You must pack your piece properly and securely, ship, and provide a tracking number within 24 hours of sale. Failure to do so will result in your account being revoked.

***This will be a BETA TEST for the remainder of the year. Lets see how it goes. OG JBD's preferred. NO FRAUDS. You will be reported as a fraud and an asshole. All items will be posted on a case by case basis. Feedback appreciated on how we improve this process and make it as smooth as possible for all parties. Please PACK and SHIP your item carefully; you will not be paid if the item arrives damaged, and the customer will receive a partial refund minus our commission. Thanks in advance!
My JDB glass piece broke--what should I do?

It is always sad to hear about the loss of a beloved JBD piece--we know what a bummer it is. At this time, we are unable to offer repair services, but here are our suggestions for you to resolve this. If you are dead-set on repairing your piece, try commissioning a local glassblower--this will save you any additional S&H costs. Based on average repair costs, it is reasonable to expect to spend around $100 for this. Another option is to replace your piece. On a case-by-case basis, we have been known to offer discounts on replacement pieces, so please do not hesitate to reach out to us. We will require some information to validate your claims. We thank you in advance for understanding the risks of purchasing glass items--sometimes they break.
How do I know my privacy is being protected?

We do not sell your information under any circumstances. We do not store your credit card information. We use information we collect from you for billing purposes and to fulfill your orders. If you have created a username and password to the site and/or have signed up to receive our email newsletter updates, we may use your purchase history to personalize special offers and promotions for you.
